01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or utilizing any B2B intelligence data or services provided by SolisIQ ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber", "you") and SolisIQ. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Service or downloading any related prospect datasets.

Note on Corporate Entity: "SolisIQ" (and "SolisIQ Florida") currently operates as a B2B technology platform and trade name. All contractual agreements, intellectual property ownership, and liabilities are held under the brand trade name and its holding interests.

02. Service Description

SolisIQ provides a daily-updated B2B marketing intelligence feed. We harvest newly registered Florida LLC filings directly from public Florida Department of State (Sunbiz) records, process and clean the business structures, and apply skip-tracing processes using public directories and matching technologies to extract potential principal owner contact information (names, emails, telephone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles).

03. Single-User License & Restrictions

Upon active subscription, SolisIQ grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to utilize the delivered prospect files, spreadsheets, and web radar interfaces solely for your internal, individual business sales operations. Under this license, you strictly agree:

• No Reselling or Redistribution: You shall not resell, publish, redistribute, package, or share any portion of our compiled databases, prospect sheets, or owner contacts with any third party, including other agencies, service providers, brokerages, or dialer pools.
• No Automated Scraping: You shall not employ web crawlers, bots, or automated scrapers to extract data, code, or interface details from the SolisIQ dashboard.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and access links. You may not share your account or subscription feeds with external parties.

05. Data Accuracy & Best-Effort Disclaimers

You acknowledge that the data delivered is compiled from public records and online sources which are inherently prone to clerical errors, delay times, and updates.

• Sunbiz Data: We mirror and clean data from Sunbiz. We are not liable for delayed data updates on Sunbiz, offline state registers, or typos entered by business filers.
• Skip-Trace Matching: Skip-traced contact records (direct dials, emails, LinkedIn accounts) are compiled using proprietary algorithmic matches. Match accuracy is "best-effort" and cannot be guaranteed. Phone numbers may be stale, or associated with previous owners or relatives. **SolisIQ does not warrant or guarantee that the data provided is 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date.** All data is provided strictly "as is."

06. Payments, Subscriptions, & No-Refund Policy

SolisIQ utilizes premium secure payment gateways (Stripe) to process monthly recurring subscription plans.

• No Commitments or Annual Contracts: All SolisIQ subscriptions are billed strictly on a month-to-month basis. There are no annual lock-ins, long-term commitments, or hidden cancellation fees. You are free to cancel at any time.
• Automatic Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle on the date of signup. You authorize automatic charges via your saved payment method.
• Strict B2B No-Refund Policy: Because of the immediately downloadable, digital nature of our compiled data feeds, **all sales are final.** SolisIQ does not issue refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated adjustments for active or canceled subscriptions.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by reaching out to support. Cancellation will prevent the next automated billing charge, and your access to the daily premium feed will terminate at the end of your current billing period.

07. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

In no event shall SolisIQ, its founders, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, TCPA regulatory fines, litigation costs, missed deals, wasted ad spend, or loss of revenue) resulting from the use or misuse of the delivered data. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolisIQ and its operators from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your marketing outreach, solicitation campaigns, or violations of these terms.
